Product Description
Polypropylene random copolymer is also a kind of polypropylene, and the basi c structure of its polymer chain is modified by adding different kinds of monomer molecules. Ethylene is the most commonly used monomer, which causes changes in the physical properties of polypropylene. Compared with PP homopolymers, random copolymers have improved optical properties (increased transparency and reduced haze), improved impact resistance, increased flexibility, and reduced melting temperature, thus reducing hot melt temperature. At the same time, the chemical stability, water vapor isolation properties and organ sensory properties (low odor and taste) are basically the same as the homopolymer. Used in blow molding, injection molding, extrusion, film and sheet extrusion processing fields, authors with water pipes, food packaging materials, pharmaceutical packaging materials and daily consumer goods.
Product Parameters
Polypropylene (PP)
Polypropylene (PP) is a semi crystalline thermoplastic. It has high impact resistance, strong mechanical properties, and resistance to various organic solvents and acid-base corrosion. It has a wide range of applications in the industry and is one of the common polymer materials. Australian coins are also made of polypropylene.
Feature
1. Crystalline materials have low wettability and are prone to melt fracture. They are prone to decomposition when in long-term contact with hot metals.
2. Good liquidity, but with a large range and value of shrinkage, it is prone to shrinkage. Dents,
deformations.
3. Fast cooling speed, the pouring system and cooling system should slowly dissipate heat, and pay attention to controlling the molding temperature. When the material temperature is low and high pressure, it is easy to orient. When the mold temperature is below 50 degrees, the plastic part is not smooth, which is prone to poor fusion, flow marks, and warping deformation above 90 degrees.
4. The plastic wall thickness must be uniform to avoid missing glue and sharp corners, in order toprevent stress concentration.
Mainly used for the production of various long and short polypropylene fibers, used for the production of polypropylene woven bags, packaging bags, injection molded products, and other flame-retardant components for electrical appliances, telecommunications, lighting, lighting equipment, and televisions
