Thermo Plastic Rubber (TPR), also known as Thermo Plastic Rubber, is currently available in our company. We offer various functional levels of TPR products, including universal injection molding grade, extrusion grade, encapsulation and bonding grade (able to bond encapsulation plastics ABS, PA, PC, PP and metal), foaming grade, high rebound grade, silicone tactile grade, conductive grade, anti-static grade, flame retardant grade, and laser engraving grade.
Basic characteristics 1. Excellent softness and elasticity 2. Good aging resistance and yellowing resistance 3. Environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and odorless 4. Temperature range of -60 ºC to 90 ºC
Processing characteristics 1. Good fluidity, fast crystallization cooling, and high molding efficiency 2. Oil spray printing adhesive 3. Good coloring properties 4. Mild material properties, non corrosive forming and processing of screws and molds 5. Suggested molding temperature: 180 ºC~200 ºC
