PPSU (polyphenylene sulfone) is a kind of high performance thermoplastic, belonging to the polysulfone material. It has an amorphous structure, excellent heat resistance, transparency and hydrolytic stability. PPSU can withstand thermal deformation temperatures up to 207 ° C, and has excellent chemical resistance, which can resist the erosion of most acids, bases, salts and organic solvents, except for a few strong oxidizing chemicals. Due to its excellent biocompatibility and bisphenol A (BPA) free properties, PPSU is often used in the manufacture of medical devices and baby products, such as bottles. Its high temperature resistance and repeatable sterilizability make it particularly popular in these fields.
