Product Description
PA is short for polyamide, often referred to as Nylon, is a polymer containing repeated amide groups (- NHCO -). PA materials can be made from lactam or from the polycondensation of binary amines and dibasic acids. Nylon was originally developed as a fiber material, such as nylon stockings, but later due to its excellent mechanical properties, such as high strength, rigidity and toughness, as well as good wear resistance and certain chemical stability, PA is also widely used in engineering plastics, in machinery, automobiles, home appliances, aviation and other industrial fields to manufacture various parts, such as gears, bearings and so on. Common PA types include PA6 and PA66.

Product Usage
PA, or polyamide, also known as nylon, is a very versatile engineering plastic. Because of its excellent mechanical properties, chemical corrosion resistance, wear resistance and good temperature resistance, PA materials are used in many industries, including but not limited to the following aspects:
1. electronic and electrical industry: used to manufacture connectors, shells, insulating parts, etc.
2. Automotive industry: Used to manufacture engine peripheral parts, interior parts, exterior parts, electrical system parts, etc.
3. Construction industry: Used to manufacture door and window handles, pipes, plates, etc.
4. Office equipment: Used to manufacture gears, pulleys and other parts in printers and copiers.
5. Machinery manufacturing: Used to manufacture bearings, gears, cams and other mechanical parts.
6. Aerospace industry: For the manufacture of lightweight, high-strength structural parts.
7. Wire and cable communication industry: used to manufacture insulators, sheathing, etc.
8. Daily necessities: such as toothbrush handle, comb and other personal care products.
9. Fibers: PA is often used to make fibers, such as clothing, ropes, tent cloth and so on.
10. Modification: Modified PA material or PA alloy material can further enhance its performance to meet the needs of more stringent applications.
