Product Usage

ABS is a common thermoplastic. Abs is formed by polymerization of Acrylonitrile, Butadiene and Styrene, which has the characteristics of three components: acrylonitrile provides chemical resistance and certain surface hardness; Butadiene gives ABS good toughness and impact resistance. Styrene provides ABS with easy workability and good formability. Based on these characteristics, ABS has a wide range of applications:
1. electronic and electrical industry: due to its good insulation performance, impact resistance and easy coloring characteristics, ABS is often used in the manufacture of home appliance shell, computer keyboard, mouse and so on.
2. Automotive industry: ABS is widely used in the automotive field because of its excellent mechanical strength and weather resistance, such as manufacturing automotive interior parts, dashboards, wheel covers and other components.
