AS is a colorless and transparent thermoplastic resin with a heat resistance of 80-100 ° C. It is mainly used for food storage containers, toy and cosmetic containers, appliances, lighters, fans, juicers and other electrical products

 

The scientific name of AS resin is acrylonitril styrene copolymer. It is a polymer compound formed by copolymerization of acrylonitril and styrene. Generally containing 15% -50% styrene. A transparent solid with a yellow to amber needle color. Density 1.06. Has thermoplastic properties. Not easily discolored. Not affected by dilute acid, dilute alkali, dilute alcohol, and gasolin.
