POE is a Polyolefin Elastomer, which is a thermoplastic elastomer derived from the copolymerization of ethylene and high-carbon alpha-olefin (such as octene-1 or decene-1) with a metallocene catalyst. POE has good flexibility, weather resistance and processing properties, while maintaining a certain strength and rigidity. Due to its excellent performance, POE is often used in automotive manufacturing, wire and cable, film products and packaging materials. In addition, in the photovoltaic industry, POE film, as a packaging material, is widely used because of its excellent anti-PID (Potential Induced Degradation, potential induced attenuation) performance, which can improve the efficiency and life of solar panels. When the alpha-olefin content is higher, the material exhibits properties more similar to rubber, which is called POE; When the content is low, it is more manifested as the characteristics of polyethylene (PE).
