Product Description

PVDF is a meltable fluorocarbon resin for coatings made by homopolymerization of vinylidene fluoride (VDF) with a purity of ≥ 99.99%. The fluorocarbon coating made of 70% PVDF resin has unparalleled super weather resistance and processing performance when sprayed or roller coated and baked into a paint film. Fully comply with the American Building Materials Standard AAMA2605 and the Chinese Industry Standard HG/T3793-2005. PVDF not only has strong wear resistance and impact resistance, but also has high resistance to fading and ultraviolet radiation in extremely harsh and harsh environments

 

PVDF polyvinylidene fluoride has a semi transparent or white powder or particle appearance, with tightly arranged molecular chains and strong hydrogen bonds. It has an oxygen index of 46%, is non flammable, a crystallinity of 65%~78%, a density of 1.77~1.80g/cm3, a melting point of 172 ºC, a thermal deformation temperature of 112~145 ºC, and a long-term use temperature of -40~150 ºC
