ABS is a common thermoplastic. Its full name is Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene copolymer. Due to its good comprehensive properties, such as toughness, hardness and rigidity, this material is widely used in various fields, including automobile manufacturing, electronic appliances, toys and daily necessities. ABS can be processed by injection molding, extrusion and other ways.

ABS is a common thermoplastic. Abs is formed by polymerization of Acrylonitrile, Butadiene and Styrene, which has the characteristics of three components: acrylonitrile provides chemical resistance and certain surface hardness; Butadiene gives ABS good toughness and impact resistance. Styrene provides ABS with easy workability and good formability. Based on these characteristics, ABS has a wide range of applications:
1. electronic and electrical industry: due to its good insulation performance, impact resistance and easy coloring characteristics, ABS is often used in the manufacture of home appliance shell, computer keyboard, mouse and so on.
2. Automotive industry: ABS is widely used in the automotive field because of its excellent mechanical strength and weather resistance, such as manufacturing automotive interior parts, dashboards, wheel covers and other components.
3. Toy manufacturing: Because ABS material is safe, non-toxic and easy to process into various shapes, it is very suitable for the production of toys as raw materials, especially Lego bricks are made with ABS.
4. Office supplies: Products such as printer frames and folders are also commonly made of ABS materials.
5. Piping systems: ABS pipes and fittings can be used in non-potable water delivery systems because of their corrosion resistance and lack of rust.
6. Sports equipment: Protective equipment such as skis and helmets will also use ABS materials to increase its durability and safety.
