Polyethylene succinate (PES) is a chemically synthesized biodegradable polyester, also known as polyethylene succinate. Like poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), PES is also a semi crystalline polyester with a glass transition temperature Tg of about -12.5 ºC and a melting point Tm of about 104 ºC. It has a fast crystallization rate, good flexibility, and thermal stability.
Pesu is a high-temperature resistant amorphous thermoplastic with a melting temperature of over 200 ºC. Its advantages are high dimensional stability and good mechanical properties, and these properties will not be lost due to temperature increase. It has electrical insulation, high heat aging resistance, and good hydrolysis resistance, making it suitable for manufacturing high stress components that are exposed to a wide temperature range for a long time
