Product Description

                                                        Polyetherimide
 

PEI material, namely polyetherimide, is a high-performance engineering plastic. It is composed of two groups, ether and imide, and has excellent thermal stability, electrical properties and mechanical properties. The characteristics of PEI material include excellent heat resistance, with a continuous use temperature of up to 180°C and a short-term temperature resistance of up to 220°C. It also has high strength, high rigidity and good wear resistance, and its tensile strength and flexural modulus are higher than PC and PA. In addition, PEI material has excellent insulation properties, and its dielectric constant and dielectric loss are very low in a wide frequency range.

 

PEI refers to polyetherimide, which is also the abbreviation of polyethyleneimine and personnel efficiency index. Polyetherimide, referred to as PEI, is an amber transparent solid. It has inherent flame retardancy and low smoke without any additives. The oxygen index is 47%, the combustion grade is UL94-V-0, and the density is 1.28~1.42g/cm3
